Nearly 500 homes destroyed by fire in Texas.
I think God is speaking to Perry and telling him to get out of the presidential race.

My crap -- not your crap. It might be political, social, or personal. If you don't like it, leave. Comment if you want. I might reply or I might not, but I do read them.
You are a Peace Patroller, also known as an anti-war liberal or neo-hippie. You believe in putting an end to American imperial conquest, stopping wars that have already been lost, and supporting our troops by bringing them home.
Take the quiz at www.FightConservatives.com
One of our fellow bloggers (Lizzy Frizzfrock) was burned out of her home, along with all of her neighbors. No doubt she and most of the residents impacted by this disaster wish Perry would just stay away.
ReplyDeleteLeslie,
ReplyDeleteI am sorry for her loss. Being burned out of your house is a truly traumatic and devastating event.
In no way am I trying to minimize or belittle the effects of the Texas fires. I am only trying to minimize and belittle Rick Perry.
If this was a message from on high, it might not be the first. Awhile back, the Texas governor's mansion burned down or at least was ruined by fire. So, the gov. and family are making do on very generous living expenses elsewhere while the place is restored. Video here.
ReplyDeleteRick Perry recently cut funding for Texas' volunteer fire departments. Funding was reduced by about 75%.
ReplyDeleteTalk about penny wise and pound foolish.
When natural disasters occur in liberal states, according to the fundies, it's god's judgment on liberals. When natural disasters happen in red states? It's just bad luck.
ReplyDeleteSee? Wasn't that easy?
Jerry, I understood that. Perry needs to be belittled every single time someone has a chance.
ReplyDeleteI thought you did, but I wanted to make it clear to those who might try to interpret it differently.
ReplyDeleteI'm happy to be able to report that "Libby's" house did not burn. Along with one other neighbor, their homes were miraculously spared.
ReplyDeleteWHAT?!? God spared a liberal?
ReplyDeletePerry would have had them executed.
ReplyDeleteI think God is telling Perry to drop out of the presidential race, resign as governor, take a vow of poverty and give everything he owns to a charity which will help the people of Texas hurt by his policies, and finally turn himself over to the authorities for knowingly allowing an innocent man to be executed... and demand he (Perry) be given the death penalty.
ReplyDeleteOur wildfire in the Tehachapi Mts isn't getting any news coverage so I guess Gawd doesn't care about all those folks that lost their homes either.
ReplyDeleteWhoever said it was a fair and just Gawd is full of shit. Just my personal pov mind you. ;-D
What a bitter group you Atheists are. Governor Perry's only real crime is that he has a chance to replace your hero President Obama. If Perry falters and another person gets the nomination you guys will say even worse things about them .
ReplyDeleteWitless is a perfect name for you since you assume so fucking much:What a bitter group you Atheists are. Governor Perry's only real crime is that he has a chance to replace your hero President Obama. I am not an atheist and I damn sure held my nose when I voted for Obama as he was no where near a liberal.
ReplyDeletePerry is a liar and a piece of shit that thinks minimum wage jobs are fucking great.People on minimum wage don't buy homes, furniture and appliances..you know, the things our GDP is based on. He also doesn't tell you that a huge section of the jobs he created were govt jobs...using federal funds. funny how that works when you know the truth Witless.
