Credit Limits

Like most people, I have several credit cards. One of them just lowered my credit limit because I was not using the card enough. They cut the limit in about half. Even with the lower limit, I still only use about 10% of it each month, so it does not create a problem for me.

They make it sound like it is a benefit to me. The letter said that they were adjusting my credit limit to be more in line with my spending habits. Like they really care. They just want to free up some credit so they can give it to someone else that will use it.

It is all about making money. If the credit is not used, they don't make money.

Silly me. I thought the excessive use of credit was one of the things that got us into this economic mess in the first place.

  1. Wow, I've never heard of that happening. Wouldn't they want you to have the option to spend more money? Weird.

  2. I think the problem was that I was NOT using the credit. They want to give it to someone else who will use it.

Should I give them your name?

  3. The Nike Air Max 1(aka Nike Air Max or Nike Air Max 87 was released in a variety of colors and fabric combinations which have given it a contempory flavor. The first retro of the Air Max 1 came in 1992. Nike used the soles of the Air Max 90 to save money on production of this shoe. Due to the mismatch of the upper to sole, this version has been in high demand to find. All of the retros in 1992 were leather, but Nike went back to its roots when it brought our the Nike Air Max 1 again in nylon versions in 1995.
The Nike Air Max 1 has been released in more colors than any one collector has possessed. The Nike Air Max 1 is commonly used for limited releases such as for the opening of the store Atmos, Kid Robot, and there was a special one made for an Amsterdam only release.
