I wonder what happened around 1980 that changes us from all growing together, to the top 1% growing at the expense of everyone else?

Any guesses?

Republican Job Creation

On February 10, 2011 Speaker of the House John Boehner said,

"We're going to have a relentless focus on creating jobs."

Here is a list of 101 job creating actions the republicans have taken since then, starting with Number 1,

"Attempted curtailing of abortion rights"

and ending with Number 101

"The GOP is still on vacation but that doesn't stop Republican congressman Paul Ryan from rolling up his sleeves and trying to cut Pell Grants. He thinks they're a scam even though he himself used government money to put himself through college. Thanks a heap, ya hypocrite."

Unfortunately, these actions have not produced one new job in the US.
